So welcome to my Star Wars Legion Blog…..I’m not really sure why but I wanted to start something like this. I have no plans for this and I’m doing this on a whim so lets see how long it lasts. In my head I will try and post up a battle report of my weekly games and tournaments I visit. I will try and give you an insight into how I play and why I make certain choices. So that in return people might give me feedback on how to improve as a player or help the few people who read this improve.
Depending on how things go I might do unit breakdown or list breakdowns now and again. Lets take it one step at a time and start with actually getting this blog going first.
So I guess I should introduce my self first so hi I’m Andrew Terrell I live in the UK and I love Star Wars Legion! I’ve been playing it since it came out 3 years ago and have started playing competitively for over 2 years. Now I don’t think I’m the best player far from it since I’ve only ever won 1 tournament. That was down in Poole during that weird break where we were coming out of lockdown, but ended up going back into lockdown. But I do like to think I understand where the game is currently at and what works and doesn’t.
So my point of views in this blog and battle report are going to be from tournaments in the UK that I attend. I do enter in Invader League and Yavin Base Team League. My main factions tend to be Empire and Droids. I did play rebels at the beginning, but was not very good with them and never got them to fit my play style. Clones are a faction I want to try and prove that Obi is amazing! Part of that is to get my limited edition Obi on the table and partly because he is a kool character. Unfortunately I can’t afford to keep up with 3 factions worth of releases.
So I’m not sure what else to include. So will keep this short until I have a battle report to talk about with pictures.
